What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for people with a great attitude, who are outgoing, self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
Does it matter that I don’t have any experience?
Experience is beneficial, but not required. We are willing to invest time to train the right candidates from the entry level position.
As an employee are there opportunities to travel?
At KJ Innovations, Inc. we provide the opportunity to travel to various regions within the market, as well as travel across the U.S. for various leadership seminars, networking events and recreation.
